AOL completed 4-man-team DSC Interface & Engineering survey for replacement & Installation of the new DSC unit on drillship, which involved :
1) Hydraulic, Electrical & structural survey for DSC.
2) Structural visual inspection of supporting structure like Rails, Crown interface etc.
3) Assessment of additional BOM for installation of the new DSC.
4) Installation & Commissioning project risk assessment. 5) Structural Engineering Analysis assessment for incorporating new DSC on the Mother Structure.
This responsibility was given to us after recognition of the completion of a turnkey job with a client from Singapore last year, which involved Pre-survey, Engineering, Derrick Inspection & Installation of Drilling Equipment and system. This helped us to exhibit our knowledge and worldwide experience in the Offshore & Onshore rig segment in the market place, and we were able to build upon our image as a specialised Inspection, Engineering and refurbishment company.
